Recently the company had a new website designed to allow all the representatives to access the information database no mater where they happened to be at the time. This was a long time in the making and we are all very happy to see that it is finally completed. The general consensus is that it still needs some work and it is slow and often crashes. This is to be expected I guess because it is a very complex piece of software.

The company also has implemented several new mobile phones to be used specifically for business purposes. Most of these are iPhones that have been in the company for a while now. The technicians had to make some special adjustments to the iPhone 3GS logic board in each of the iPhones to allow some security activity to process through the site. Most of the 3GS devices are very well liked by the workers due to the fact that they are easy to use and reliable at the same time. The next phase of the project will probably be getting all of the issues resolved with the new site and the mobile phones.

The company plans to implement even more new technology next year once the site is up and functioning appropriately. Although most of the information regarding the next phase is still under wraps, most of the employees agree that it will no doubt be good quality as this is what we have come to expect from the company over the years.
