Bedwetting Issues With Your Children

When it comes to bedwetting, sometimes it may seem like you have the worst children, but bedwetting at night is actually very common among young children. Many of the causes of bedwetting are not understood, but some of them are: 1) Your child’s bladder cannot hold urine for the full night, 2) Your little one sleeps very deep and cannot feel the pee coming, 3) Your little one’s body produces a lot of urine during the night. In addition, they may be having bladder problems if they are constipated, as constipation puts pressure on the bladder. Having a minor illness could also be a reason for an overactive bladder. One of the most common reasons for which children wet their bed is because they are under some kind of stress. If there is stress or tension in the family or your kids are suddenly afraid of something, their body could respond in that way. Make sure that you do not blame or punish your child for wetting the bed but try to find ways to resolve the problem.
